"[Ground-mounted Solar Energy System] 1. Solar Energy Systems must comply with all setback and height requirements for the zoning district where the Solar Energy System is installed."
"[Roof-Mounted Solar Energy System] 1. A Solar Energy System shall conform to the height regulations of the zoning district where the Solar Energy System is installed."
"4. Upon request, the Zoning Hearing Board may grant waivers of the setback or height requirements, provided that the waiver will not present any undue hardships on the adjoining properties."
